Matt is a trained theatre actor and vocalist. His many theatre credits as a character actor and singer have honed his skills in the use of his voice.

With a rich vocal tone he is versatile in using different timbres of the voice as well as experienced in many different accents. As a vocalist he is at home in the recording studio having been used on many Australian cast recordings of musicals and as a session singer.
